Hi all, I'm sure you've heard all sorts of rumours about the pub. Wayne and I have been told that The Black Horse will take time and money to put right, it's apparently still on going. We've been told that it will probably be next year!! We are running another pub, took over yesterday, The Eagle and child in Billinge. It's with the same company who own The Black Horse. Not really sure the village pub is mine and Wayne's scene, so see you all next year.
Oh, and pop in if you're ever in the area, friendly faces is so good!!
We will keep you posted of any news we hear about it!!
Even though we were there a short time we love and miss you all (well, some of you anyway lol)

The work we have been waiting for is finally being done, unfortunately we have to close to give them full access. It's all to do with health and safety, obviously!
I've been told that it really will be fantastic when it's all finished, so patience from you all would much be appreciated. We will unfortunately be closing early on Sunday, 7pm, so the staff and I can get ready to hand over the property to the project manager, by moving all the stock (if there is any left with you lot 😀)
I promise to keep you all posted on the progress.
Thanks to all you customers and of course Becky, James, Molly and our newest member of staff Ellie. You've all made me and Wayne very welcome. Xx
