It’s a bit windy out there today, and I’m not talking about yesterday’s beef tacos. 💨

Our outside sign decided to take itself for a little walk down the street, so it’s now been grounded until further notice.

Despite the lack of signage, we are very much OPEN!

🍻 FRIDAY TREAT FROM BRUM!

GlassHouse B**r Co are celebrating their 10th birthday, and we’ve managed to get our hands on something rather lovely for the occasion.

🍺 X / 10th Birthday DDH IPA — 6%

A brand new birthday brew loaded with Idaho 7 CGX, Mosaic and Simcoe. Proper juicy, hazy goodness from one of Birmingham’s finest.

And because we’re nice like that, we’ve stuck it straight on draught for your Friday drinking pleasure. 💁🏻‍♂️

💀 WEST COAST IPA IS DEAD!

Well, according to Cloudwater Brew Co and GREEN CHEEK B**R CO it is.

Fresh in today, their 7.2% DDH West Coast IPA is packed with Citra and Simcoe. Big citrus, punchy pine, clean bitterness and none of that heavy malt sweetness.

Sounds pretty bloody alive to us. 💁🏻‍♂️

And judging by the current state of our fridges, we’re clearly not ready to bury the West Coast IPA just yet.

We’ve got belters from Track, Rivington, Two Flints, Verdant, Left Handed Giant, Pomona and more. Plus a few calling themselves West Coast pils or Hoppy Pils these days.

Call it whatever you bloody like. We love a proper bitter, hoppy b**r and we’re not apologising for it.

WEST COAST IS DEAD. LONG LIVE WEST COAST. 🍻

SUNDAY B**RS! 🍻

Four fresh arrivals from Two Flints Brewery including a couple of cracking collaborations.

🍺 Big Suze – 8% DIPA. Because apparently a normal IPA wasn’t big enough

🍺 Santiago – 3.8% Hazy Pale. Brewed with New Zealand’s Garage Project

🍺 Cascade (US) – 4.5% American Pale. Collab with Duration Brewing

🍺 Cascade (NZ) – 5% Hazy Pale. Collab with B**rRiffBrewing

That last pair is particularly interesting. Same hop variety, grown on opposite sides of the planet. Two breweries, two takes on Cascade. Fancy a little side by side comparison? 👀

🍻 Track Brewing Co THURSDAY IS A GO!

Three fresh b**rs from Track to get stuck into today, including an absolute belter now pouring on draught.

🍺 Sunset Valley – 6.5% IPA
Showcasing fresh 2026 Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Big tropical fruit, pink grapefruit and a lovely dank finish. Scoring ridiculously well on Untappd and tasting bloody lovely. On the taps NOW!

🍺 Gloss – 7.2% DDH West Coast IPA
A collab with Yakima Chief Hops. Tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and that lovely clean West Coast bitterness. Yes please.

🍺 Carmine Skies – 4.8% Red Ale
A fresh hop collab with Five Points. Six different malts, freshly harvested Goldings hops, caramel sweetness and a little toasted spice. Proper lovely stuff.

It’s Thursday. The weekend’s practically here. Stop making excuses and come have a b**r 💁🏻‍♂️🍻

🍫 Barrel Aged Mint Chocolate Imperial Stout
💪 13.5%

Thick, velvety, loads of chocolate and a little hit of peppermint. Then there’s the small matter of it having spent time in sherry, bourbon AND port barrels.

Basically an After Eight that’s been on a three month bender.

Absolutely ridiculous b**r.
