For this little independent beer spot in Stockton Heath.

That’s not just a big number — that’s thousands of pints, cans, recommendations, “go on then, I’ll try that”, and a hell of a lot of support from you lot.

And that’s the bit we love.

This tiny bar has somehow become home to one of the most beer-obsessed little communities around ❤️

Remember when we said we were celebrating British lager?

Yeah. About that…

Turns out two Americans have somehow got through border control and onto the tap list. 🇺🇸

Soz. Not soz.

Because the Septemberfest line-up is now looking like this:

🍺 Cloudwater Brew Co — Smoked Märzen | 5.2% Smoked Lager
🍺 The Kernel Brewery — Dunkelweisse | 5.1% Dark Wheat Beer
🍺 Fast Fashion — Labužník | 5.3% Světlé Lager 🇺🇸
🍺 Allagash Brewing Company — White | 5.2% Belgian-style Wheat Beer 🇺🇸

So apparently our celebration of British lager has become British, German, Czech, Belgian and American beer brewed by breweries from Britain and America.

Excellent. Glad we cleared that up.

And there might just be one more beer joining them… but we’re keeping that one to ourselves for now. 💁🏻‍♂️

Fresh delivery from Lewes and it’s a bloody good one.

🍺 SKYFUL — 6.5% IPA
🍺 VAPOUR — 8% DIPA
🍺 BOOP — 5% DDH Pale — collab with Rogers Beer Co.
🍺 TAU — 5% Smoothie Sour — collab with Uchū Brewing 🇯🇵

That last one deserves a bit of attention. BEAK x Uchu Brewing is not a collaboration you see knocking around every week, and we haven’t exactly gone heavy on the smoothie sours lately… but when Uchū are involved, exceptions can be made. 👀

Four very different beers. One very easy excuse to come to the pub.
