We've been giving our roast potatoes some extra TLC. Not that they weren't good before, but we're always looking for ways to make them even better!
They're now roasted in duck fat, with plenty of salt and garlic for maximum flavour and crispiness.
And for our vegetarian guests, don't worry; we cook separate batches in vegetable oil, with exactly the same care, attention and seasoning.
Because nobody should have to settle for an average roast potato.
