The Beltie Beer Festival will take place at Park Farm, Dumfries on Saturday the 2nd of June 2018 and DGWGO have 2 tickets and 6 beer tokens up for grabs!

The Beltie Beer Festival held at Park Farm by Dumfries Saints Rugby Club has been a sell event every year and 2017 saw 2,300 folk enjoy some amazing locally produced beers, fantastic local bands and of course some wonderful Dumfries and Galloway sunshine.

The hugely popular event helps raise vital funds for the Dumfries Saints Rugby Club in Dumfries

Good evening everyone quick reminder gold panning weekend this weekend it will all be set up in the pub car park so if you fancy a shot or even just to watch pop along.

We have a quiz on the Friday night at 7.30pm and also have the famous Dave Gibb playing on the Saturday night.

The Wanlockhead Inn are proud to unveil our Lead Miners Memorial. Carved into one of the trees in the grounds of Scotland's Highest Pub by the talented chainsaw carver Rodney Holland. The miner will stand not only as a memorial to our village's founders but also to those village characters sadly no longer with us. Please come along and see our miner nestled below the cosy glamping huts in Scotland's Highest Village.
