🚨 THIS IS A CUSTOMER & SAFETY NOTICE 🚨
This is regrettably the 1st and hopefully last Nagative Post and we have to make, 😞
Due to a Number of growing Complaints been made to us about young children this has unfortunately lead us to having to post message.
In recent weeks we've had x1 minor incident and we have also received large rise in the number of complaints about children not been correctly Supervised,
Unfortunately the large proportion of complaints are based on;
A) Young children Wondering around the pub & Bar area unsupervised...
B) Young children Left in the b**r garden Unsupervised...
C) Young children Generally been loud & Disruptive inside the pub...
We are working really hard to make this a great family pub for you and all your family to come and enjoy.
We would just like ask/remind you;
ALL UNDER 12S MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES...
ALL UNDER 18S MUST BE LEFT SITE BY 7PM...
We ask that children are stopped from Running around, Wondering around, Shouting/Screaming & They Remain Seated as much as possible...
We are a family pub and we understand children can be children, But we have to remind you this is a public environment, And this is also for the Safety of your Children and all our other Customers...
In the unfortunate event we feel the house rules are being disregarded or your children are seen to be upsetting/disturbing other customers,
At any time OUR STAFF reserve the right to refuse service and ask that youself and your Children to leave premises.
