We are hiring a kitchen assistant.

Duties will include:
Washing up
General tidying
Prepping veg/salad
Assisting the Chef with Starters/Salad garnish
Light cooking duties

The days and hours are below

Tuesday - 12 until 2.30pm then back at 4 until 7.30pm

Saturday 12-7.30 pm
Sunday 12-6.30/7pm

Due to a few enquiries i wanted to make a post to say that the Landlady Caroline and Manager Abbey are still very much in charge of the business as they anyways have been with nichola along side.
Nothing will be changing in the pub same food same friendly faces. Nichola is taking yvonne her mum with her on her new venture but our main chef andy is still with us. 🩷

A Very Special Goodbye ❤️

Anth - After being unofficially part of our White Horse Team and family, it’s time to say a huge goodbye to our handyman and resident dog’s body 🛠️🐶😂
You’ve been there to fix, mend, build and generally sort out whatever needed doing. Mostly running round for the tattys 🥔🤣

Thank you for all your hard work, laughs, patience and everything you’ve been told to do for us over the years. You’ll be missed around here — but im pretty sure we’ll still find plenty of jobs for you when you’re gone! 😂

Wishing you all the very best. Good luck, and thank you for everything! You have been nothing short of amazing for our family and we can never truly thank you enough. 🖤

We also have to say goodbye to another, After so many amazing years with us, it’s time to say goodbye to our wonderful Yvonne 💙👩‍🍳

Yvonne has been such a special part of our team, filling our kitchen with hard work, dedication and, of course, plenty of laughs along the way!

We are so grateful for everything you’ve done for us and for all the memories you’ve helped create over the years. Your hard work behind the scenes has never gone unnoticed, and you’ve been such an important part of our pub family.

We’re going to miss you (Mrs Doubtfire!) 🥹 Thank you for all the meals, your scottish twang, the laughs and everything in between.

We wish you nothing but happiness and lots of exciting adventures with Nichola at The Cross Keys 🔑 You’ll always have a place in The White Horse Family 🐴💙

After 4 amazing years with us, it’s time to say a very heartfelt goodbye to our wonderful Manager, Nichola. 🩷

Nichola has been such a huge part of our team and has given us over 4 years of hard work, dedication, laughs, memories and so much more. From the busy shifts to the very difficult days, she has always gone above and beyond and has played a massive part in our pub and in our family.
We are going to miss having you around Nichola!

Thank you for everything you’ve done, for all the memories, and for being such an important part of our team.
We wish you nothing but happiness and success in your new adventure at The Cross Keys 🔑 will certainly be round for a coffee and a catch up ☕️💛
