New brew Thursday, working title is Rock Star Bitter or Brown Dog Bitter.
Slightly darker traditional bitter with Fuggles, Northern brewer and East Kent goldings.

Very busy couple of weeks in our brewery, two Morton Collins beers currently on the bar. Magna - traditional easy drinking bitter.
Suzuka - Japanese style very pale ale.

Terry Thomas pale ale has been casked up today.
Citra is currently fermenting away, as is a new experimental ESB.
