We are so excited to launch The Mariners Specials menu today! This menu is an opportunity to showcase some of the best seasonal ingredients from Cornwall’s land and seas, and for our guests to experience some of the exceptional produce we are surrounded by in the place we are so lucky to call home.😍
On our menu today is:
🌟 ½ pint of crisp king prawns, curried mayonnaise, lemon & lime. 🍤🍋
🌟 Rump of Cornish lamb, new season English asparagus with potato and garlic hash, finished with red wine sauce. 🍷🥔🧄
🌟 Philip Warren dry-aged bone-in cote de boeuf (for two). The Mariners Caesar salad, triple cooked Yukon Gold chips, with crisp Doom Bar onion rings, green peppercorn sauce. 🥗🥩
🌟 St Enodoc asparagus, brown butter, seaweed & lemon. 🍋
🌟 Spiced carrot cake, whipped cream cheese, roasted pecans with proper vanilla custard. 🥕
This menu will regularly change throughout the season, so keep an eye out for your returning favourites and lots of brand-new dishes! 😍🍴🍻
Available all week throughout the summer season excluding Sunday lunch. ☀️🌊
