Good morning you wonderful people. We are delighted to say that we have just counted the money and have raised a massive £935.31 (plus 3 US dollars 🤣) for The Midlands Air Ambulance.

A massive thanks to Ant Beeston and Chrissie Porter for giving up their time free of charge and coming to sing for us. You were both amazing as always!

Also thanks to Angie for doing the face painting at a heavily reduced fee and making me look very pretty and girly 😂. Visit www.colourskids.co.uk for information.

Another thanks to Kris Simpson, The Country DJ for providing a great end to the days entertainment.

But most importantly, thankyou to everybody that donated prizes, money and came to the pub to support us.

For anybody who has not visited The Old Star before and is worried about the weather for our charity day tomorrow. We have a heated under cover area. A lot of effort has gone in to tomorrow so please come and support us.
We have had loads of raffle prizes very kindly donated to us WITH A FEW WORTH OVER £100!! Make sure you bring some cash with you for raffle tickets £2 each or £8 for 5. From 12pm. See you there 😁
