Established in 2016, The Uttoxeter Brewing Company (The UBC) is Staffordshire's premium brewery. Chinook - ABV 4.7% A light coloured American IPA with a distinct, medium intensity spice and pine characteristics and with subtle notes of grapefruit. A very hoppy bitter. (PRICE Firkin £78, Pin £39)
