Today we will see The Anvil receiving a make-over & change of use. Part of John Huyton life style changes, a new treadmill will be introduced to aid his diabetes control & weight-loss goals. 10 minute walks per day for the 1st week which will be ramped up to hopefully 30 minutes per day. 🫣 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃💨🎽👟⏳
