Thanks to everyone who has already responded. There are some clear themes emerging but there’s still time to add your likes, dislikes and suggestions for ways to improve the Parish. Under 18s and residents living outside Culmstock village are currently under represented in responses received so make sure your needs are heard. If you can’t respond via the link below paper copies of the questionnaire can be obtained from the shop, pub, church or parish noticeboards in Prescott and Nicholashayne.

Hope you don't mind me posting this here but I need a bit of help. You've seen the advertisement for the Bridwell Park fireworks, well I'mm covering the event from a First Aid/Medical aspect and I'm looking for a qualified FirstAider to help me out. Any interested person please PM me. There will be financial remuneration and of course you get to see an amazing fireworks display.

Please take 5 minutes to tell the neighbourhood plan group what you like, dislike and would like to see improved about the parts of Culmstock parish you live in, visit or travel through. Your responses will determine priorities for the group to focus on. We are keen to capture views of as wide an age range as possible so please share the link with other family members including kids. Paper copies of the questionnaire should be coming with the parish magazine and can be returned to the shop if easier.

All Saints has been bedecked with all the seasons bounty ready for tomorrow’s harvest festival service at 11.00. Why not pop along for a sing or nip in after the service to admire the work of Culmstock’s talented florists.

Roadworks on the A38 in both directions from B3391 will continue until end Sept toward Wellington, and toward M5 possibly until the end of October...road closed between 19.00 and 06.00 every night. Diversions in operation.

We have had a major sewage spillage into the river by the "beach" area caused by the main sewage pipe to the north being blocked by WET-WIPES!
The pressure build up caused by this blockage was released via this small pipe or it could have come up into houses.
