We've put together our venue map and all the need-to-know details to help you plan your evening and make the most of a brilliant night with us!
🌭 HOT FOOD STALLS
Come hungry! We've got some delicious food lined up to keep everyone happy!
🐷 Hayrack Farm Hog Roast
Served in a soft bap with stuffing and apple sauce.
🌭 Hayrack Farm Award-Winning Sausage
A whopping 8-inch sausage in an extra-large torpedo roll, with onions, mustard and ketchup available.
🍛 Vegetarian Curry
Served with rice and mini naan bread.
🌭 Kids' Hot Dog
A smaller hot dog served in a finger roll, perfect for little appetites!

📍 VIEWING AREAS & SEATING
There will be viewing points along the field edge, in the paddock, garden and patio areas.
⚠️ Please be aware that some areas may have uneven ground, particularly along the field edge and in the paddock, so take care and mind your step.
Most viewing areas are standing room only, although there will be a limited number of picnic tables available in the paddock and in Oak & Smoke
✨ A LITTLE REMINDER FOR PARENTS
Please keep an eye on little ones and don't allow children to swing or hang from the festoon light poles. They're not designed for climbing or playing on and can easily break. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe! ❤️
🧣 A FEW HANDY REMINDERS
🚗 Parking is limited on-site, with additional parking available across the road at Neptune.
Please park responsibly and be prepared for a short walk to the venue if you need to park on the road.
🔦 Bring a torch! It will help you find your way safely, especially when leaving after the fireworks.
🧥 Wrap up warm! It's an outdoor event, so plenty of layers and sensible footwear are a good idea.
💷 Bring some cash if you can, particularly small notes and coins, to make purchases at our outdoor stalls easier.
