I saw the faces of those who believed in the vision before it was even fully formed, who stood by me with loyalty, laughter, and love.

I’ve watched young team members grow into confident adults. School leavers step into university life. Friends rise to become world champions. Women become mothers. And clients? Many of them became some of my loudest cheerleaders.
