Très naïve of you to think one chocolate soufflé would be enough. 🍫 Deep chocolate, buttery caramel, a little coffee kick and creamy white chocolate ice cream...sharing was never really on the cards.

Just one cocktail? That was the idea but Petal Bloom had other plans 🍹 A delicate blend of gin and rose syrup, finished with ch*****ne for a sparkle. Pair it with a few favourite sides at the bar and call it apéro. Très difficile to say no to.
