***BREWERY ANNOUNCEMENT 14, 15 AND 16!***

We're going to start ramping things up a little on the posts now, and this week we're bringing you the next three breweries who will be joining us on Saturday the 24th of October at The Corn Exchange!

First up we're heading back to Canada, with the excellent Brasserie du Bas-Canada based out of Gatineau, Quebec. Founded in 2017 and known for their big hoppy IPA's, decadent imperial stouts and more. These guys are among a group of very exciting Canadian breweries who have been making waves worldwide in recent years, so it’s great to welcome them to their first Swally.

Second we're back to the UK and Portsmouth's Makemake. who are returning for their second year at The Big Swally Edinburgh. Primarily know for their big hop forward beers and distinctive fruited sours and smoothies, it'll be great to see them pouring at the festival again.

Then for our third announcement today we have Low Key Barrel Project who many of you will be familiar with for their many collaborations with festival co hosts Vault City. What to expect from these guys? Big dark tasty treats, and lots of them, it's definitely imperial stout time with these guys!

Say hello to this duo of spicy sours combining two levels of intense mango flavour and chilli heat.

A fiery favourite from the early days of Vault City, now in its third iteration. Mango Inferno is packed with more flavour than ever before, juicy alphonso mango takes the lead, with a spicy kick from habanero chilli building throughout.

Some like it hot. Others like it hotter. Hotter than Guy Fieri in a flame shirt, we’ve turned up the heat on Mango Inferno and brewed Molten Inferno for all you hotheads out there. Lush, ripe mango leads the way, sliced through with fiery habanero and ghost chilli heat.

Launching 9.6.26, prepare for this to hurt so good. 🥵🌶️🍻

After countless Secret Sauce 2026 guesses, only TWO people cracked the recipe.

The correct fruits were:

🍍 Pineapple

🍊 Apricot
🍌 Banana

Congrats to Billy B and Raich B, who correctly guessed the fruits at and Hereford Beer House. Your prizes are on the way! Shoutout to the other 54 people who came painfully close 😭

Say olá to our Imperial Pastel De Nata 🇵🇹

Like its session strength counterpart, it was brewed in collaboration with , taking inspiration from iconic Portuguese custard tarts.

We’ve dialled up the layers of creamy vanilla, caramelised sugar and cinnamon with juicy fruit additions of peach & apricot, all the way to 8%.

Launching this Tuesday at 5pm alongside two more beers we’re still to announce 👀🌶️🥭
