Supplied and fitted a EMS 2axis DRO system to a Colchester Mastiff lathe, this lathe is 1500mm between centres. Used a magnetic scale assembly on the cross slide this is due to coolant being used IP67 rated coolant/dust proof, EMS optical GS120 scale assembly fitted to the Zaxis, LCD 2axis display mounted to the headstock.

Service of a little Colchester Student 1800 centre lathe & supply and fit an EMS MG232 scale assembly to the longitudinal axis with signal adapter cable to suit existing DRO. Cracking little lathe still going strong, oils changed and adjustments made where required.

Supplied and fitted a EMS 2axis DRO system to Colchester Mascot 2000VS lathe. Used the S1 slim magnetic scale on the cross slide and MG232 magnetic scale on the longitudinal axis, both scales are IP67 rated coolant/dust proof & also these scales are industrial grade. The display is the EM750 2axis LCD display with a wide variety of functions for turning upto 48 tool options (Tool offset).
