Lovely video from Nutritionist Jane McClenaghan about the benefits of buying local, grass-fed beef. Although we are in Cornwall, not Northern Ireland and we have Angus, the same principles apply.

You can come and meet us, see the cows out grazing (or in the shed for a couple of months of winter) see how they are kept, and what they are eating.

We'll have the next batch of beef in the shop this weekend!

Just back from the butchers- Atlantic 2481!

This animal was born and raised on this farm in our regen agriculture system- can't get much more traceable than that!

Our Freezer is full at Hele Barton Farm Holiday Cottages farm shop (follow the signs to the cottages). Roasts, Steaks, Burgers etc.
