As we move into the autumn and winter months, we’re also changing our kitchen opening times slightly.

🍴 Monday & Tuesday: 4pm – 8pm
🍴 Wednesday – Saturday: 12pm – 8pm
🍴 Sunday: 12pm – 7pm

And even better… our Sunday Carvery is gaining an extra hour! 🙌
You can now enjoy it from 1pm – 7pm every Sunday.

Our brand-new menu launches this evening, with loads of new dishes, returning favourites and fresh daily offers.

🎃 ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL SPOOKY SEASON AT THE NEWTON ARMS! 👻

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us this week — the pub has been absolutely full of life and we’ve loved every minute of it! ❤️

Thank you to A-Z Safari party & paul fab entertainment you were an unreal combo for the kids they all had a scream! 🙌

But there’s no slowing down… we’ve got PLENTY coming up:

🍹 BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH AT VELA MEDITERRANEAN 🍴

Yesterday we were invited down to Vela Mediterranean to give their bottomless brunch a try — and this one is definitely worth knowing about.

You get a choice of starter and main, and we went for the hummus and lamb kofta to start, followed by the chicken linguine and creamy chicken.

The portions were seriously generous and everything we tried was full of flavour. 👌

What really stood out was the drinks selection. Compared with a lot of bottomless brunches we’ve tried, there was loads to choose from — wines, bottled beers, draught l***r, Prosecco and a big cocktail menu.

🌶️ The spicy margaritas were the winner for us though. Definitely give them a try!

Vela is also part of Go Wirral, where you can discover loads of brilliant independent restaurants, bars and local businesses across the Wirral.
