After nearly 7 incredible years, The Shuffle House will be closing its doors on 22nd March.
This hasn’t been an easy decision for us, but with the current climate in hospitality and the rising costs of operating as we are, it’s simply no longer feasible for us to continue in the same way. With this years power outages in St John’s area and the towns water shortages, rising energy costs, & general lack of support in hospitality from the government - the impact this had on us sadly wasn’t one we could afford.
For us to be able to safeguard the business and be able to survive any future challenges we are restructuring. Updates on what’s coming in April to follow.
Although this marks the end of a chapter, we are incredibly proud of everything The Shuffle House has been. To every customer who walked through our doors, every group celebration, every competitive shuffleboard game, and every member of staff who poured their energy and care into making it what it is, thank you.
In the meantime, we’d love to make these final weeks ones to remember. Please do come in and celebrate Shuffle with us before we close on the 22nd.
