Sweet leaf - Mosaic 🍃
5kg of this beautiful all-rounder went into Hippie Johnnie at various stages, with some going in very late in the boil for a tiny bit of bitterness, a load more in the whirlpool.... And then even more in the dry hop along with some t90 Krush & Nectaron.

Introducing Hippie Johnny...
Brewed in collaboration with The Sussex, this is a big, juicy New England IPA.
Made with over triple the amount of hops in our previous hoppiest beer, this has a LOT of Mosaic, before a heavy double dry hop with Krush and Nectaron. Finished off with a super aggressive Pomona yeast, this is FRUITY!!
Should be on the taps in the next week or two
