Another stunning day over at The Deer Park so if your heading over for a coffee then why not grab an iced latte?

All the flavour and hit of our normal coffee from in the glass but simply chilled over ice!

Life’s about balance right? So in the spirit of balance it’s great to know that after a brilliant boxing class on Friday mornings now we have the option to head to the newly refurbished The Deer Park Cafe Eridge , now owned by or a coffee in the gorgeous grounds.

If you’ve never been, I’d highly recommend a visit- it’s a little oasis with a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy the nature. Even better it’s literally 2 minutes down the road from Eridge Village Hall where we hold our boxing classes. It’s not unusual for a few of us to head there after class so feel free to tag along!
