Stuart is starting the new year with another lush sounding food and beer pairing event - an all vegan spin on a Scottish classic with a few wild elements thrown in for good measure and some top notch booze to go along with it! Tickets available through eventbrite or direct from Ponsanooth Village stores.

We are back Dynamite Valley Brewing Co. this coming Saturday for the Winter Warmer party and our last hurrah! Woodman's Wild Ale and Cornish Wild Food have grown and need more of our focus. Come say hi and goodbye whilst enjoying a pint or three!

Tomorrow's menu for Dynamite Valley's Beer Cafe features 2 beers from Woodman's Wild Ale going in to the pot - Kea Porter braised venison shoulder, slow cooked and melt-in-the-mouth tender for the meat eaters and Queenie braised Puy lentils and red cabbage for the vegetarians. Or why not treat yourself to a bit of both if you're an omnivore?

No moles harmed in the making of this dish :) Mole is traditional sauce from Mexico. With 85% coco dark chocolate, cinnamon and smoked mild chillies, replacing the cloves and garlic with local wild herbs and spices for rich warming flavours.
