We’re kicking off the New Year with the first of our monthly Friday night quizzes. Starting at 8pm with teams of no more than six, it’s just £2.50 per person to enter. Please bring cash for the entry, as well as the raffle.

Complimentary chip butties will be available from

NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY! 🎉

DOORS OPEN AT 7PM! THIS IS AN ALL TICKET EVENT FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS, TO ENSURE WE DO NOT EXCEED THE CLUB'S CAPACITY. 👥

PLEASE NOTE TICKET INFO: MEMBERS - TICKETS FREE, MEMBERS GUESTS - £10.00. A FEW TICKETS STILL REMAINING FROM BEHIND THE BAR. 🎟️

Members simply need to ensure their name is on the list to keep an eye on numbers. Tables are limited, so it’s advisable to book one. Members over 65 will be prioritised for table allocation.

Ticket includes - Prosecco on arrival, available from the table at the end of the bar as you come in, so please help yourself. 🥂There will be a buffet available, so again, please help yourself once it’s out. 🥖🧀 We have the return of the wonderful 5-piece band - The Long Riders, playing a mixture of big hits to suit everyone and taking you in to 2026! 🎸🥁🎤🎹 🎶

Hopefully everyone’s in the Christmas spirit after Saturday night’s amazing Take That tribute act. But, if in doubt, coming up this weekend at the Con Club, we have another busy one with the wonderful Gary Hind performing on Saturday, 20th December at 20:30 🎵 🎤 🎸 Such covers consist of songs from The Rolling Stones, David Bowie and Slade…to name but a few. Free entry. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Sunday, 21st December 15:30-17:45 we have the annual Children’s Christmas party!! Father Christmas will be making an appearance 🎅🏼 and will have gifts for all children who’s name is on the nice list. 🎁 There’ll be music, a buffet, dancing, games, prizes and for the first time this year, the marvellously magical Danny Hall ✨ will be keeping your children captivated (whilst you keep our bar staff busy 🍻🥂 ) with a magic show 🪄 and balloon modelling from 17:00-17:45 🎈 You do not want to miss this!!! Saturday, 13th December sees the return of The Take That Experience. Tickets are on sale now behind the bar. Members £10 and members guests £15. TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR - PRE-SALES ONLY. These guys are absolutely phenomenal, so you do not want to miss out!! A great night to continue the Christmas festivities that I can imagine are well underway.
