As 2023 draws to a close, we've picked out some of the highlights of the past 12 months. It's been our busiest year yet so it's been hard to whittle down the list but here goes: 🌟

- we completed the bar installation on the second unit, Pinot Grigio. Some work was done by us but the bar install was left to the professionals 😎
- our founder Louisa was shortlisted for the IWSC's Emerging Talent in Wine award and was invited to speak about her journey into wine at the (complete with a Britney microphone 🎤)
- we served the thirstiest crowds over a few warm weekends in Finsbury Park with - we took the biggest team yet to the F1 at Silverstone, serving drinks at two separate sites around the circuit 🏎️
- we got the signage fitted to both units meaning we can now be seen from space 😉
- we ran a 3 week festive pop-up bar in London (inside meaning no frozen toes ✔️)
- bringing the best wines to VIP at 's Whythenshawe Park gig and 💅🏻
- we recycled a record breaking number of kegs in their closed loop system ♻️

We look forward to 2024 and being back at festivals in the summer.

A huge thanks to all of the team and our events partners who help us to let the good times flow. 🍷🪩🚐

'Tis the season for mulled wine and what better time than now to share our recipe!

This was published in a special cookbook by & a couple of years ago and is my go-to recipe for the most festive of mulled wine.

It's straightforward to make at home. Simply get all your ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a simmer then leave on a low heat.

I usually go for a Tempranillo for my mulled wine but it's totally up to you!
