SOSA Sistas Classes run every Tuesday at 7.45pm to 8.30pm. Venue: Torquay Squash Club. Just come along and give it a try!

SOSA is a fantastic dance fitness class which offers low-pact exercise through easy-to-learn dance choreographies including salsa, jive, tango, Charleston, commercial and a host of other dance styles - no experience necessary and you don't need a partner!
