Every good dessert starts somewhere.

Our Basque cheesecake is made from scratch, with a little patience and plenty of care.

The simplest things are often the hardest to get just right.

A NEW CHAPTER AT THE MOLE

Weโ€™re getting ready.

After some time away, The Mole Inn will reopen on 21 October.

Over the next two weeks, weโ€™ll be giving the place a little refresh, getting the kitchen ready, bringing in a new menu and preparing for a new chapter at The Mole.

Itโ€™s not quite ready yet.

But weโ€™re getting there.

Opening 21 October.

We canโ€™t wait to welcome you back.
You can already book a table and view the menu on our websiteโ€”link in bio!
