Well I hold my hands up 🖐️🖐️ I'm struggling with this running 🏃🏃😬 can't shake off this B*****d chest infection and cold.. Ran once last week then was uncontrollable sneezing, been tonight and can't stop Bloody sneezing again 🤧

Shaved a bit of time off my average speed per KM again but distance wise struggled . Going to be a tough week and only 5 days until my 10k

I will not be defeated though 😁👊👾

Well I've been full of a chest infection all week, on antibiotics and my nose is running faster than an alcoholics beer pump but I pushed myself to get out for a practice run. Plus old knee injury flared up so knee strapped up

Was aiming for 5k today but made 4.5k and kept a steady pace but chest felt like it was being crushed

We can achieve anything with the right mind set and positive mental attitude

Well another year is gone and looking forward to the year ahead for 2023. Hope everyone has had a great festive season and wish everyone all the best for the year ahead.

Entering this year with a positive mind set with lots of challenges and goals I am setting myself personally and in my career.

15th January I will have been married to Tracey Critchley for 1 Year and it will be 9 years to the day that she came into my life and made me whole again. She has supported me through some dark and difficult times over the past years and we support each other in life and couldn't be happier.

Having suffered with Mental Health issues and overcoming some difficult times throughout my life which led to me having a breakdown in 2017 I know the importance of charities that provide mental health services.

My first challenge of the year is a 10k Run on Saturday 28th January in aid of MIND the Mental Health Charity
working to make sure nobody has to face a mental health problem alone. People need support more than ever, and demand for their services is forever growing.

I will be kick-starting my training tomorrow in preparation for the run and will be posting updates on my progress.

This time of year can be difficult for a lot of people when suffering with mental health issues and with the current economic crisis people are finding things tough

Just got my fundraising pack through from MIND..Not been running for a while and I'm challenging myself to do a 10k Run in January for sponsorship I'll be creating the fundraising page through MIND this week to try and raise as much as I can for a much needed cause .... Mental Health

Haven't set my run route yet but doing it solo and thinking of a route I used to run regularly over the hills from littleborough over the Pennines to around Hollingworth Lake and back to Littleborough

I will be posting a link to the fundraising page and appreciate it if people could help support with a small donation

If anyone is feeling energetic and up for a challenge I'd be happy for people to join me on the run and help raise more funds from your friends and family

I need some additional content to use on the Rebirth Project Mixcloud channel as live streams.

Any Djs who fancy pre-recording an hour video set and sending to me I will schedule as a live stream from the channel and the audio will be available for playback by Mixcloud users after the live stream.

Mixcloud are backing me with the Rebirth Project Mixcloud channel until the end of June so anything featured will be pushed to the top of the available live streas and give great global exposure

Evening folks....

I'm considering doing a monthly night in Cloud Lounge Todmorden, similar concept of an open mic night.

Open from early evening until midnight it would be an opportunity for up and coming Djs / Amateur Djs who would like the opportunity to play a set.

The sets would be live streamed on the Rebirth Project Mixcloud Channel so giving any participants global exposure on a great music streaming platform.

Would be free entry with drinks promotions / offers available and seating areas so people can relax and socialize whilst enjoying music and new talent.

If you are an amateur DJ or know someone who would be interested then please drop a message in the post thread.
