As we now go in to our final week after 13 incredible years, we just want to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who has walked through our doors. Your support, laughter, stories and loyalty have made this pub so much more than just a place to eat and drink-it’s been a true community. We’re deeply grateful for the memories we’ve shared and the friendships we’ve built along the way. It is not goodbye, but a relocation, and we do so with full hearts, thanks to all of you who made this journey so special. Cheers to the good times, and to you! 🍻
We would also like to say thank you to all our staff, past and present, and an extra special thank you to our Head Chef Julian, who has been with us from the start!
While this chapter is coming to a close, it’s certainly not goodbye-it’s the start of an exciting new beginning. We’re thrilled to be relocating to ‘Dragon Den’ Bar, where we’ll continue to bring the same spirit, warmth, and great times you’ve come to know and love, just in a fresh setting! We can’t wait to welcome you there and start making new memories together- so really this is simply a “see you soon”, not a farewell. 🥂
Our last trading day in the George and Dragon will be this Sunday 5th April, so please come and join us for a drink and some memory sharing! This social media page will then revamp into Dragon Den, so please stay following to keep up to date on what’s next! ❤️
