Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday

Food will be served 9am - 7pm. We will then stay open until 8pm these days.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday no change to hours.

Our menu will be available to dine in or take away

☀️☀️**** Summer Vacancy****☀️☀️

We are on the hunt for a kitchen member who will support the lead chef and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during the 2026 season.

Duties will include

🥕 Food prep for service

🍽️ Base plating

🧼 Ensuring work stations are kept clean

🛁 washing dishes

🏃🏻‍♀️ Running orders where necessary

📦 Dealing with deliveries and putting orders away

🧑‍🍳 Supporting the chef in peak serving times

🗓️ Carrying out daily cleaning tasks

No experience is necessary but a keen interest in food, attention to detail and a willingness to work are extremely advantageous.

Around 25 hours per week - immediate start with the position available until October. (Can tie in with university starts for the right person)

Additional hours are available should the successful applicant wish with a crossover to front of house varied work.

Today is also a very special day - a massive happy birthday to our junior chef in training Ruby who turn 18 🥰

Our own Croft reared pork sausages on the breakfast menu with local free range eggs.

Freshly landed langoustines, local venison burgers, homemade baking and so so much more to offer.

AI has a funky interpretation of our fully loaded breakfast roll 🤣 had a little play with an app to see what it was all about - safe to say we will leave that well alone.

The store is old fashioned, simple food done well.

A wee reminder we serve all manner of breakfasts from the full Scottish to porridge and everything inbetween. Seven days a week from 9am ❤️

We are on the hunt for a special someone to join our busy little team on the weekends.

Saturday 8.45am - 6pm
Sunday 8.45am - 8pm

Over 18s only im afraid as this role involves serving alcohol amongst lots of other things.

We are a bus little bar, coffee shop, restauraunt, cafe and everything else in between.

You must be reliable, punctual and have excellent customer service skills.

This weekend is the final weekend of our Winter late night openings.

From the 1st of April 2026 our Summer Menu will be making a come back. Together with closing at 5pm everyday apart from Sundays when the bar will continue until 7pm.

If you fancy a pint by the fireside or a dram in the Crofters corner this is the last weekend to have a late one 🤩

Come along to the local Village Hall tonight and take part in their quiz. Compete to win The June and Raymond Cup - our dear landlords.

In support of their licenced event we will close tonight at 7pm. It also means the Store girls can take part and showcase their incredible knowledge 🤣🤣

📢📢 The Quiz is on tonight - Bar opens 6.30pm and quiz starts at 7pm. We are still on the look out for raffle donations. You can take one along with you or drop off at the hall this morning between 10.30-12 or anytime at the Post Office. Much appreciated and hopefully see you all there. 🤗
