Hi I’m Chris, the General Manager here at the Thornton Lodge,

After almost 12 years of working at the Lodge today was my final shift 😔

I just wanted to take this chance to say thank you to each and every guest that has visited us over the years. We have done it all, said hello to new beginnings with baby showers and Christenings. Celebrated Birthdays, new jobs, family get togethers and engagements. We’ve been here when people just needed company and someone to talk to. We’ve helped say goodbyes and celebrated people’s lives with their close friends and relatives.

It has truly been my honour to have worked with this team over the years.

So thank you, to each and every team member who I have worked with and to each and every guest who trusted us to make their visit special. Good bye and take care
