Good afternoon people.
And welcome to COR-BLIMEYS at Bottoms up homebar for the final SANDWICH OF THE WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This week's sandwich the 100th sandwich, that's right 100 sandwiches. I started out, with the idea of doing silly sandwiches, but soon started more and more exiting and complicated ones. I've used ingredients I had never eaten before ( venison, ostrich and partridge to name but a few ) let alone cooked.
I've created my own flavours of coleslaw with COR-BLIMEYS very own SLAW-BLIMEY.
Had fun with Christmas themed sandwiches.
And have used an awful lot of PARSLEY.
So back to this week's sandwich, this week I decided to go big....
So I present the......
BIG ONE HUNDRED.
A tiger loaf, sliced horizontaly, and buttered and filled with lots of fried smoked bacon and fried eggs and as always GARNISHED WITH A BIT OF PARSLEY.
So all is left to do is to thank my lovely wife and family for putting up with me over the last 100 weeks and helping me eat the sandwiches.
To thank all you sandwich fans out there, I hope I have inspired you to make your own exiting sandwiches. And a big thank you to the parsley farmers of this wonderful country, without whom the garnish just would not have been the same.

I will still pop back from time to time with some more exiting food, but for now I will have a few Saturdays off.
