A little introduction to the man behind the food 👨‍🍳🍽️

From starting as a pot wash in a small village near Dumbarton at just 16, our head chef’s journey has taken him through Michelin starred kitchens, luxury 5 star hotels and award winning restaurants across Jersey, Guernsey, London, Scotland and the Lake District.

With over 15 years of experience and a passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, he has earned multiple AA rosettes whilst leading talented kitchen teams.

Since Kevin started here at the Elveden Inn, he has and continues to showcase the incredible produce from the Elveden Estate, from potatoes and onions to venison. Creating dishes that celebrate quality, seasonality and flavour.

Elveden is very lucky to have you Kevin and we can’t wait to share your Spring menu soon! 🌷🍽️
