Tuesday morning mash!

Brewing one of our core range ales today, Caldey Lollipop 🍭

Using the finest ingredients from the combination of pale malt with Cara gold gives Caldey Lollipop a golden hue with subtle hints of toffee and caramel, blended with a soft biscuit base that will allow all the wonderful hop flavours to come through 🌾

We had the pleasure of welcoming a fantastic group of Italian rugby fans all the way from Verona, who made the trip to Cardiff to watch Wales v Italy as part of Super Saturday - and then stopped by to see us! 🇮🇹 🏉

The lads had a great time sampling a range of our ales, chatting all things brewing and rugby with Rob, and even rolling up their sleeve to get involved with the brew and digging out the hops like pros! 💪🏻🍻

They were rewarded for their hard with a few well-earned cans of Viking Saga to take away! A great reminder of how beer and rugby brings people together! 🍻

Salute gents - safe travels and we will see you in Verona 😉🍻

It’s been a very busy start to the new year for our brewery boys, with plenty of brewing and a few bottling runs to get our stocks back up after a successful festive period 🍻

Don’t forget you can checkout all our current ales in stock by heading over to our webshop (simply follow the link in our bio)

You can also come down and watch the boys hard at work whilst picking up some delicious ale from Sergeants Lane. Our brewery shop and bar is open everyday from 10am this month 🍻
