🎃👻 HALLOWEEN QUIZ — IN MEMORY OF ROLEY BROWN 👻🎃

It came up in conversation in the pub the other night that it’s somehow been 10 years this Halloween since Roley Brown left us. 😢

So we thought… what better excuse for a night in the pub than a Halloween quiz in Roley’s memory! 🎃🍻

📅 Saturday 31st October
⏰ 8:30pm

We’ll be putting together a suitably spooky quiz, getting a few drinks down us and hopefully having a good laugh along the way — just as Roley would have wanted.

And, of course, we’ll be raising money for Guide Dogs in Roley’s memory. ❤️🐾

So get your teams together, dust off those useless bits of knowledge and come and join us for a good night!

This SATURDAY 5th Sept our Murase's Pizza away team will be slinging pizzas at The Under The Wrekin Acoustic Blues Festival in Memory of Tony McPhee.

Tony was the founder and guitarist of the band, The Groundhogs and also backed legendary blues artist Johnny Lee Ho**er.

The home pizza team will be starting a bit later this Saturday at 4pm-8pm at The Wheatsheaf Inn featuring Murase’s Pizza

We’re thinking about making our next Foodie Treat Pop-Up a little trip to Hawaiʻi… 🇺🇸🌴

We’re talking proper Hawaiian-style Poke Bowls — fresh sushi grade tuna, salmon, traditional marinades, sesame, seaweed, macadamia nuts, avocado and all the good stuff. 🍚🐟🥑

And yes… we said SUSHI GRADE TUNA 👀🐟

Just returned from a fantastic family holiday around Naples and Rome 🇮🇹❤️

We’ve seen a lot, walked A LOT (averaging around 21,000 steps a day 😅) and, of course, eaten a lot!

We went to Italy for the pizza… but the seafood, pasta and, most importantly, the pastries, gelato and coffee got in the way. 😉

Thanks for your patience while we’ve been away — we’ll see you tomorrow when the pub is back open!
