Sometimes things don’t quite go to plan, but we’re always looking on the bright side here at Graze! ✨
So, we’re on the lookout for some lovely new faces to join our little pink team 💚☕

We’ve multiple roles available (because we’re unsure on what the market is like at the moment, we can be flexible)
All roles are shift lead level! This requires an ‘adult’ that has experience or confidence to lead a team, open and close, and predominantly make our deli style food (no cooking) in a busy cafe environment. We’re also licensed for alcohol all day.
The roles are:
1: Saturday Shift Lead (2or3 a month) because we all need a weekend off. 9-5
2. Friday shift lead (every week) 1030-430/5
3. Occasional Wednesday/Thursday shift lead (months notice given) 930-430/5
4. School Holiday Shift Lead (anyday) 930-430/5
Times are mildly flexible at end due to demand in the shop.
Apply for one role or all roles depending on what you need. We’re flexible for the right person/people and provide full training. (All staff have to work at least one weekend day a month for fairness) rota is done a month in advance so you’ll always know where you stand. Overtime is available too for holiday/sickness.
The right person needs to be confident, happy, outgoing, willing to have fun, hardworking and have high levels of cleanliness.
The role expectations are key holding, lone working (at close and open), making drinks, serving customers, learning our full food expectations and making delicious deli style food, leading a team to ensure the ship runs smoothly and by leading by example, cleaning thoroughly throughout the shift and during close to ensure standards are met, and providing excellent customer service.
