There’s quite the process that goes into our steaks before they even get to your table. It all starts with the quality of the beef

We only use carefully sourced local beef from grass-fed cattle, matured the traditional way by hanging for up to five weeks to deepen flavour and tenderness naturally. Every cut is butchered in-house, giving each steak the time, care and attention it deserves before it ever reaches the grill 🐄🔥

From richly marbled ribeye to our famous T-bones aged even longer on the bone, this is proper steak done properly. Quality produce. Traditional methods. Unforgettable flavour 🥩
