...Another exclusive will be on the Cask Ale Handpumps when we open on Wednesday from Oakham Ales a cracking pale ale “Mohawk”
Its a whirlpool brewed by Oakham brewer Olly Jones with the Kiwi experimental hop NZH106...
A hop so secret that it’s not got a name! 🙈
Sample this one whilst you can – we’re told that it’s unlikely that this hop will be seen in the UK again!
Hits of lime and passionfruit to the fore with notes of guava, grapefruit, gooseberry, white grape and a hint of resinous pine.
Vibrant, juicy, fruity and spikily contemporary in flavour with a balanced bitterness...I've tried it and its banging!! 😉
