A decadent dessert drink before the diet starts in January. Shake all ingredients together, fine strain and garnish with cream, cocoa powder and a cherry 🍒

G I N G E R B R E A D S O U R 🎄⛄✌️

- bourbon
- liqueur
- gingerbread syrup
- lemon
- black walnut bitters
- vegan foamer

Shake all ingredients without ice then shake with ice, pour over a large rock and finish with a slice of fresh ginger 🫚 🤙

For the gingerbread syrup:

Mix 500ml boiling water and 500ml demerara sugar then add 30g peeled and sliced fresh ginger.
Simmer and add ¼ tsp ground allspice, ¼ clove, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, zest of 1 orange and ¼ tsp vanilla extract. Cool, strain the solids out and bottle, keeps for up to 6 months in the fridge

- dark rum, we used O.V.D.
- treacle syrup 1:1
- liquid smoke
- mist
- toasted marshmallows

A smoky sticky short & sweet drink, best enjoyed on a cold night next to a fire pit.

Fill an atomiser with peated whisky & spray the inside of a rocks glass then add ice.
Stir the Irish whiskey & dark rum together in a mixing glass with a half measure of syrup and one drop of hickory smoke 🤙

2: grapefruit, grapefruit & rosemary tonic
3: red apple, Indian tonic
4: pink strawberry, black pepper, pomelo & pink pepper tonic
5: infused with tomato & basil, plum tomato, balsamic syrup, Indian tonic

Bank holidays and jazz festivals and sunny evening garden parties are round the corner so here's a dessert drink to start your summer dreamin'

- vodka
- violet
- raspberry
- half milk / half cream
- tonka syrup
- ¼ meringue, crumbled

Slap those ingredients into a Boston shaker with some ice and shake well. Fill a glass with ice, broken meringue and a few squished raspberries, strain tiye drink and top with a half meringue, squirty cream and berries - we picked a pink strawberry 😍
