We’re proud to support our lovely Autumn as she raises funds ahead of starting drama school in London this year 🎭✨

Autumn has been a huge part of the Crofty family, and both the team and our customers will miss her greatly when she leaves to begin this exciting new chapter. We couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved already, and we wish her all the very best as she follows her dreams.

Autumn is hosting a fundraising evening on Saturday 4th July at The Stage Y Llwyfan in Neath, featuring live music, performances from Autumn and friends, plus a raffle on the night. It promises to be a fantastic evening for a wonderful cause.

All money raised will go towards Autumn’s tuition fees and living costs as she starts drama school in London.

1. Scallops with apple, Scottish black pudding & crunchy croutons 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🌊
2. Chicken supreme salad 🐔 🥗
3 & 4. A glimpse at our cold meat wedding buffet
5. POV of our GF Sunday roast ~ Ft Pips 🐶
6. Fillet steak, fried tomatoes & mushrooms, home cooked chunky chips & creamy mushroom sauce. 🍄 🐮
7. Soft shell prawns, fresh garlic & chilli, butter, vine cherry tomatoes served with a lime wedge. 🍋‍🟩 🦐
8. Line caught sea bass in a creamy Lemon & dill sauce, topped with clams & soft shell king prawns served with buttery new potatoes.
Side are ~ local butter asparagus ~ creamy leak gratin ~ cauliflower cheese 🧀 🎣
9. Aberdeen Angus beef burger, served on a bed of lettuce , topped with bacon, pulled beef, cheddar cheese & served in a brioche bun. Side of chunk chips 🍟 🍔

10. Steak medallions in a creamy Roquefort sauce 🧀 butter mushrooms & local Gower asparagus 🥩
