Meet Vicki, Owner of The Plough & Harrow 👋

If you’ve ever visited The Plough, chances are you’ve met Vicki… but you might not know her journey.

She started here as a kitchen porter, worked her way up to chef for three years, then became Assistant Manager, General Manager, and today, she’s the owner.

It’s something she’s incredibly proud of because it proves that where you start doesn’t define where you can end up. ❤️

A few things you might not know about Vicki…

🍴 Go-to menu order: Nduja Scotch Egg
🍷 Post-shift drink: Provence Rosé
🎓 Fun fact: Before hospitality took over, Vicki earned two degrees in Politics… although running a busy pub probably requires just as much diplomacy! 😉
