Staff at businesses in Swansea city centre have been doing their bit to be more inclusive.

Staff from hospitality, tourism and professional services sectors spent 10 weeks learning British Sign Language in order to help improve communication with deaf and hard-of-hearing customers, colleagues and visitors.

It’s been so successful, another scheme has now been set up by Swansea BID. 👏

🐉🎲 D&D CLUB - THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES! 🎲🐉

Another Tuesday, another trip into the unknown…and our D&D crew are getting seriously invested in this adventure! 😂⚔️

There were decisions to make, dangers to face, plenty of laughs and those moments where the whole table suddenly goes VERY quiet waiting to see what the dice decide! 👀🎲

We absolutely love watching this group come together each week - working as a team, using their imaginations, problem solving and, most importantly, having a brilliant time together. 😊

A huge thank you as always to our wonderful D&D Master Mark for continuing to take us on such an incredible adventure! 🐉✨

A massive thank you too to Socialdice - Board Game Cafe for welcoming us week after week, allowing us to use their fantastic space and always making our group feel so at home. We really appreciate everything you do to support our D&D crew! 🎲🩷

And finally, a huge thank you to Community Foundation Wales (CFW) for funding these sessions and making it possible for our children and young people to adventure, connect and create memories together.
