Open Restaurant group, the new owners, are recruiting for a number of roles that include;

Chefs of all levels including Commis, CDP and Sous, Kitchen Porters and Front of House team members.

We have some great news to announce, following our closure we have accepted an offer for the Bracebridge from an independent restaurant group with a well known critically acclaimed chef who have a handful of amazing restaurants recognised by Michelin and AA in the Midlands and North West.

We are at the initial stages of legals and we hope to complete soon.

In the coming weeks you may find their team in and around the local area, so please say ‘Hi’ as they are a nice bunch and are looking forward to meeting you all.
