✨️ Women's AuDHD Coffee Morning ✨️

Our next group will take place on 5th May at 10.30am 😃

I can't wait to see you all again, and meet some new people who may pop along 😊

Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund we are able to continue to run an AuDHD women's coffee support morning. We welcome all women who are diagnosed, questioning, or awaiting assessments for Autism, ADHD or both to join us for a cuppa and a chat at Eden cafe/C3 Sunderland, based inside Hills Art Centre. Come and connect with each other in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Refreshments included.

FREE to attend. No booking required. Just show up at any time during the morning, and stay as long as you wish while the session runs.
