Angelo’s Ristorante is located close to the town centre in a carefully restored Grade II listed building in Sunderland’s historic Sunniside area, just along from the award winning Sunniside Gardens. Beside us is the Sunniside Leisure Complex comprising of; Empire Cinema, Tenpin Bowling, Casino and multistorey car park. ood, but also taking in the beautifully restored venue. Fireplaces, flooring and even the doors are all original, but the highlight has to be the glass staircase which was only discovered during the refurbishment and dates back to the mid 1800’s. We also have a weekly changing, Chef's Special menu and our A la Carte menu offers a wider selection of classic Italian food with a contemporary twist, very special food for those special evenings out.
