This week, we’re introducing Elijah, our talented Commis Chef! 👋

Elijah has been part of the team for nearly 2 years and is currently completing his Level 3 CDP apprenticeship while working with us. You’ll usually find him on the larder section or creating something delicious on pastry! 🥐🍰

We’re so proud to see Elijah developing his skills and growing as a chef and he is a huge credit to our team ☺️

Meet Dee, our wonderful Reception Team Leader, who has been part of the team for nearly three years!

Always ready with a friendly smile and a warm welcome, Dee loves getting to know our guests and hearing all about their adventures, whether they’re staying with us or simply popping in for a visit. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she’s always more than happy to lend a helping hand wherever she can.

With her caring nature and welcoming personality, Dee is a true asset to the team and a familiar friendly face that our guests know 🤍

This week, we’re introducing Billie, who has been part of our team for nearly 6 months. Billie works across Housekeeping and Food & Beverage. From making a perfectly made bed to making sure our guests are well looked after in the restaurant, there’s not much she can’t do!

Billie recently celebrated her 18th birthday, which means she will soon be bar trained too! 🍸
