We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking bar staff to join our lovely team!

We're an EXTREMELY BUSY PUB with a lively atmosphere, fantastic customers and a great team who all muck in together to keep things running smoothly! 🍺

We're looking for people who want to become part of our team LONG TERM, not just for a few weeks or months.

A little about the role:

📅 Part-time position with a mixture of daytime and evening shifts

🍻 Mostly weekend evenings, particularly Fridays and Saturdays

🎄 Availability to work over Christmas and New Year is essential

🗓️ Shifts arranged on a monthly rota so you can plan ahead

💷 National Minimum Wage, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses when the pub is performing well!

Who are we looking for?

🍺 Previous bar experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person who is genuinely keen to learn.

😊 Someone friendly, approachable and confident chatting with customers.

💨 Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can keep smiling even when the bar is three deep!

🤝 A great team player who's happy to help wherever needed.

🧹 Someone who understands that bar work isn't just serving drinks. Cleaning, restocking and keeping everything running smoothly are all part of the job.

💪 Someone reliable, hardworking and committed to being part of the team.

❤️ Someone looking for a long-term position who wants to grow with us!

🔞 Applicants must be 18 or over.

A LITTLE HONESTY ABOUT THE JOB! 🍻

We absolutely love what we do, but working in a busy pub isn't always easy!

There are long, hectic shifts, busy weekends, late finishes and plenty of hard work behind the scenes. It's not all chatting to customers and pulling pints!

We're looking for people who understand this, enjoy the challenge and are willing to put the effort in.

We believe that when the pub is doing well, our team should benefit too, which is why we offer performance-related bonuses on top of your hourly wage.
