It's looking like this one is going all the way! 📈

Inspiral Carpets arrive at The Sub Rooms on Thursday the 10th of September, with support from the locally based, Chasing Dolls. 🎸

Having played a pivotal role in the indie-scene of 90's Manchester, the band's stayed as active as ever, with a string of massive shows off the back of some amazing new music. 🔥

All of that has translated into a real buzz, with ticket sales for this upcoming Stroud date absolutely flying. 🚀

As if Stroud Beer Festival is at the end of this month! 🍻 Friday the 31st of July is approaching at breakneck speed, marking the start of this three-day brewed beverage bonanza! 🎉 As always, everyone is welcome to join the fun at this free-entry weekend on The Sub Rooms forecourt. 🏛️👈 We'll sort the Food, Music, Cider and Beer. All you need to do, is bring yourself and your friends and family along, to enjoy a slice of summer in Stroud. ✨

Tuesday the 28th of July will be our last paella night...
..until it returns from a brief summer break. 😎 🇪🇸

Had you in the first half, right? 😅 Foolishness aside, our weekly Paella nights are observing our customary August hiatus. 🌞

So for all you lovers of Iberian cuisine out there, be advised, if you don't join us on the 28th of July then you'll be waiting until September the 8th to get your fill of this Valencian delicacy! 🥘

Also congratulations to Spain on a deserved World Cup triumph! 🍾

Sunday fun-day is getting a whole lot funner at Stroud Beer Fest! 🌞

We plan on enjoying the first weekend of August down to the very last drop, with a quartet of unmissable acts to guide us through the final day of this summer's most beer-iest weekend. 🍻

Two of these acts feature beloved returning artists who have thrilled us at previous Sub Rooms events, while two are debutants who we have been excited to bring along for quite some time now. 🥳

Our New-Season Menu Has Arrived at Central Bar & Kitchen! 🍴

We are very excited to present this selection of Rice Bowls and Houmous Bowls as daily additions to our day-time menu, which are now available 10-4, Tuesday to Saturday. 💪

Our Rice Bowls all start with a base of rice & dressed salad before being generously lavished with toppings to create one of three variations: Burrito, Sweet Chilli or BBQ. 🍚🌶️

For each Houmous Bowl, a mega portion of our homemade houmous is combined with dressed salad, an array of toppings and with Sub Rooms sourdough. Choose between the Middle Eastern, Ploughman's and Greek versions. 🍽️

All the Rice Bowls are Gluten Free and meat, veggie and vegan options are available. 🫑
