Good afternoon everyone, Gail here.

I’ve been at the Alfred since May, and if I’m being completely honest, it hasn’t got off to the start I wanted. There have been a few things outside of my control, along with my involvement at another venue, which meant I’ve not been able to give the Alfred the time and attention it deserves.

That’s changing.

I’ve just come back from a well-earned holiday with a completely refreshed head and plenty of energy, and there are some BIG changes coming to the Alfred.

The first major project is happening on 14th September, when we’ll be closing for the day. With the help and support of Punch, we’ll be getting new lines, new chillers and a whole load of new products in.

We’ll also be launching a brand-new menu at the same time.

I know the Alfred has huge potential, and I’m determined to make sure we deliver on it. There’s a lot to do, but we’re getting stuck in.

Keep your eyes peeled. We’re coming back better than ever. 🍻
