🍻 WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED BAR & FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF 🍽️

The College Arms, Lower Quinton is looking for an experienced Bar & Front of House Team Member to join our friendly, family-run village pub & B&B.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, reliable and able to hit the ground running.

✅ Experienced bar service
✅ Full table service
✅ Cellar trained
✅ Confident opening & locking up
✅ Comfortable with lone working
✅ Works well as part of a small team
✅ Great customer service skills
🔞 Over 18s only due to the responsibilities of the role

Casual hours – approximately 5–15 hours per week, including a mixture of daytime, evenings and weekends.

We’re looking for someone with solid previous pub/bar experience who takes pride in their work and would like to become a valued member of our team.

🍺 CASK ALE WEEK IS COMING TO THE COLLEGE ARMS! 🍺

There’s nothing quite like a proper pint of cask ale… and we’ll have plenty of them! 🙌

From this Thursday until 27th September, we’ll be rotating a fantastic selection of cask ales on the bar, including Proper Job, Timothy Taylor’s Blonde, Tribute and plenty more. 🍻

💷 And the best bit? Just £4.50 a pint!
